Service Description
You will have your Functional Friend to assist you with any household chores, tasks, or projects for the full length of your booking. You can focus on one larger item or several smaller items. They will gladly help with chores, clean-ups, home projects, or any other task on your To-Do list.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires a card on file in the event an appointment qualifies as a late cancellation or a no-show. Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment with a full refund. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the start of the appointment with no charge. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advanced or rescheduled at least 1 hour in advance, it will be subject to a cancellation fee. If the appointment cannot be completed because no one is available when we arrive for the appointment, it will be marked as a no-show appointment. At least 1 contact will be attempted to the phone number on file. No-show appointments will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be the lesser of 1 hour at the current Hourly Assistance service rate or the booked amount. If the appointment was part of a membership package, it will be cancelled and deducted from the package for that billing cycle.
