Service Description
You will have your Functional Friend to assist you with any household chores, tasks, or projects over a full 2 hours. You can focus on one larger item or several smaller items. This is perfect for reorganizing that chaotic garage, rearranging the living room, or tackling a larger project.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires a card on file in the event an appointment qualifies as a late cancellation or a no-show. Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment with a full refund. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the start of the appointment with no charge. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advanced or rescheduled at least 1 hour in advance, it will be subject to a cancellation fee. If the appointment cannot be completed because no one is available when we arrive for the appointment, it will be marked as a no-show appointment. No-show appointments will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be the lesser of 1 hour at the current Household and Task Assistance service rate or the booked amount. If the appointment was part of a membership package, it will be cancelled and deducted from the package for that billing cycle.
