Service Description
Your Functional Friend will accompany you to any event you have to attend. This includes functions like weddings, reunions, or social gatherings. Your Functional Friend will be there to keep you company, be a social buffer, or just give you someone to sit quietly with.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires a card on file in the event an appointment qualifies as a late cancellation or a no-show. Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment with a full refund. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the start of the appointment with no charge. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advanced or rescheduled at least 1 hour in advance, it will be subject to a cancellation fee. If the appointment cannot be completed because no one is available when we arrive for the appointment, it will be marked as a no-show appointment. No-show appointments will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be the lesser of 1 hour at the current Household and Task Assistance service rate or the booked amount. If the appointment was part of a membership package, it will be cancelled and deducted from the package for that billing cycle.
